Advice For Anyone Who Ever Has a Long Term Relationship

Recently, a significant number of Japanese women have been stricken with a disorder diagnosed as Retired Husband Syndrome (RHS).  It manifests both physically and mentally.  The women suffer from depression, ulcers, polyps in their throat, rashes around their eyes, etc.

It might be called Retired Husband Syndrome, but women are just as equally culpable if they exhibit the sort of behaviour typical of the husbands described in this article.

Ofc, if you are trying to get rid of your spouse, then go for it.

That popular Japanese term was coined and popularized by the social commentator and author Professor Keiko Higuchi to describe the standard case of retired husbands who are considered nuisances around the house after being so work-oriented (or perhaps better put, so non-home oriented) for most of their lives."
