You almost forgot about our near death attack by the infamous black rat snake of NJ...as well as all the bear prints we found on the trails...BLACK RAT SNAKE This is New Jerseys largest snake, ranging from 14 to 101 Inches in length. The black rat snake prefers dense woods and thickets and is found statewide except in densely populated areas and along the coast. Although their numbers are declining they are still considered common in New Jersey.

i think it was just a basilisk.

"Priscilla explores a potential shortcut. A large tree had fallen and was leaning against the side of the mountain. We could have walked up the tree and scaled the face instead of winding around. In these pictures, Priscilla was thousands of feet about the ground and could very easily have fallen to her death. She's just that brave.".. that was in both the pyramid mountain trip AND the indian lake trip..

Julia wins the prize! Hmmm...we have some unclaimed tin-foil hats from our previous contest.

somebody's bored today, i see.

i cant believe she made it through all those Indian Lake pictures. she must have resistances that are heretofore unfound in humans. she must be the next step in evolution.
