nsxt290's Bank of America Rant

nsxt290 forwarded me this letter he sent to Bank of America:

I just wanted to write you to tell you how annoyed I have been with BOA recently. This has nothing to do with the quality of BOA but the constant harassment about your stupid credit cards. Not only is it unnecessary for the people at the counter to bother you each and every time about "the great news you have excellent credit and you're approved for a new card." Hey guess what, we're not interested. But they push and push. Every branch does the same and even at the same branch the same person would ask you even though you said no last week. Oh on top of that, every time you log off the website it asks you if you want a credit card. I realize you guys are merging with MBNA but give it a rest, unless your goal is to get less and less customers by harassing them to death. I go to the bank to make deposits and not be harassed about credit cards. You guys probably don't even care but keep it up and you'll have a lot more aggravated customers who switch to another financial institution. Thanks for you[r] time. By the way you have excellent credit and you're approved for a $10,000 credit limit.

it would have been better if they just replied, "hey next time you complain we'll just kick you in the balls." and it's not so much a suggestion or comment as it is a complaint.

HAH. they most likely didn't even read your complaint. feel free to contact them by email again to complain about the way they responded to your complaint. i agree with rose. just get out now.

rose is biased against mbna. of which i have never had a problem with and recommend as a reputable card issuer. i suspect she has problems with all credit card companies.

I can't believe the words I am reading..."recommend as a reputable card issuer"...MNBA ie THE DEVIL SPAWN...huh...as for my suspected problems with other credit card companies...I have never had any such problems and would like for you not to spread such inaccurate rumors...MBNA needs to be stopped...and Wei has been compromised. Burn in Hell MBNA, BURN IN HELL!!!

a little upset about it rose? what'd they do to you? i dont really like them either. apparently they sent me a card. i didn't activate or accept it. and then they kept sending me letters to join and "about my account" and it turns out i had a account i just didn't know about. never used or anything. what a pain in the butt. ugh.

they don't just send you a card. you must have signed up for a free t-shirt or something. come on take a little responsibility.
