« Dear Deficit Commission | Main | The Civil War was about slavery » The Barter EconomySue Lowden, the Republican candidate running for Harry Reid's seat, on how people can get medical costs down: ...I would have suggested, and I think that bartering is really good. Those doctors who you pay cash, you can barter, and that would get prices down in a hurry. And I would say go out, go ahead out and pay cash for whatever your medical needs are, and go ahead and barter with your doctor. Some think she meant 'bargain' instead of barter. Either way, doesn't sound very realistic to me. By fnord12 | April 12, 2010, 3:58 PM | Liberal Outrage |
