First Megadeth's Dave Mustaine endorsed conservative Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum. Now, the heavy metaller has denied that Barack Obama was born in the United States, suggesting that the president was the beneficiary of a vast and "invisible" conspiracy. ... "How come [Obama] was invisible until he became, uh, whatever he was in Illinois?" he asked. (Obama was previously a senator.) "They don't have any record of him."

Cause just endorsing Santorum wasn't crazy enough.
