Sure, making shopping more stressful. That'll help.

I'm not a Millennial but this certainly describes my shopping preferences (well except i don't drink lattes).

And i also don't think this would be a good solution for retailers, but i have a hard time believing anyone would think it's a good idea:

In the future, retailers should alter merchandising strategies to include trading and bartering rather than traditional shopping.

has this idiot never bought a car? exactly what about the haggling does he think equals an "entertaining experience"?

people do most of their shopping online because a) you don't have to deal with people, b) you don't risk traveling to a store that will inevitably not have the widget you are looking for, and c) it's convenient. we aren't doing it cause there's a lack of entertainment!
