Review/plot:
Daredevil is looking for the Masked Marauder and Stilt-Man, and he runs into Spider-Man. Neither crimefighter mentions the letter that Matt received from Spidey saying that he knows that Matt is Daredevil. No "Hey, Spidey! What's with sending a letter talking about my secret identity to my work office? You think my secretary isn't going to open up a letter that's from 'Spider-Man'? Dick." That's pretty bizarre.

This is basically a non-team-up. Spidey fights Stilt-Man for a while but then just sort of leaves. Maybe he thought the guy was just too silly.

Meanwhile the Marauder kidnaps Matt, Foggy, and Karen, knowing that one of them knows who Daredevil is.

Matt immediately says that Daredevil is his brother Mike. He manages to change into Daredevil and the Marauder accidentally kills himself on his own exploding forcefield. Stilt-Man is also defeated.

There's a funny scene in the beginning with the Marauder and Stilt-Man comparing powers but these really are some cheesy bad guys and the Mike Murdock plot is just awful. These Daredevils are really bad.
