Review/plot:
This is mainly a Daimon Hellstrom solo story, and it's a yawner. He returns back to the university he used to teach at, only to find that he's been replaced by a demon doppelganger that enjoys his life.

The doppelganger has been continuing Daimon's life at the university, teaching his classes. No one was aware that Daimon had ever left. The demon has even married Daimon's girlfriend, the white magic witch Seripha, who is pregnant.

Daimon lets the demon live on with Seripha...

...although in a new human identity.

The Elf/Luann plot continues.

Chronological Placement Considerations: Defenders issues through issue #125 have been pushed back in publication time due to the appearance of the Vision in issues #123-124, which must take place before the Vision is disabled in Avengers #233. Luann and the Elf have driven "to the end of time", so it doesn't matter if their plot continues directly next issue.

I liked this one.

Yay for the demon who gets the girl in the end! It makes you wonder how many other "failed demons" there are walking around in human form. Also, I love that Hellstrom taught in the "Para-Psychology Department," lecturing on various planes of existence. It makes perfect sense that this would be a legitimate branch of academic study in the 616-verse.
