Review/plot:
Jack Noriss is assaulted by SHIELD agents but is rescued by Moon Knight.

Noriss doesn't know that the Defenders have moved out of Strange's house, but luckily the Valkyrie has returned there to get yet another crappy new costume from Clea.

Meanwhile, Hellcat returns to the Avengers to take them off alert from the Nebulon threat, but she encounters Wonder Man. Since neither has met, and neither are yet official Avengers, they distrust each other and fight.

When Val and Moon Knight arrive, they join in as well.

Once all that is settled, Nick Fury sends a message to the Avengers saying that's he's putting out a priority alert on Jack. Luckily the Defenders are there to hear it.

The Nick Fury appearing in this issue is an LMD

Comments

This was the first time Moon Knight appeared outside of a Doug Moench-written comic, and he reportedly wasn't pleased about it(or subsequent appearances with the Thing and Spider-Man).

The title is from the Bob Seger song.

According to FOOM#19, it was Roger Slifer's idea to use Moon Knight here and to later put Valkyrie in college.
