Review/plot:
Phil Sheldon is worried that people are turning on the heroes and the photo book he is working on won't sell as well as he hoped it would.

Meanwhile, Galactus tries to eat the planet.

Another neat angle in the book is the contrast between Sheldon's positive view of the "Marvels" and the way it seems Peter Parker always tries to depict Spider-Man in the worst way possible.

As i've said in my review of the first Marvels issue, this is really great, humanizing stuff with fantastic art.

Nice artist touch near the beginning of this issue: in the “Avengers Day” public celebration pane, look closely and you’ll see that Captain America is actually a life-sized cardboard stand-in for him on stage. This is apparently due to him briefly leaving the team at the end of Avengers #22 just before this party took place.

Wow, I never would have noticed that! And Quicksilvers looking at the cut-out in embarrassment.

What must have inspired this was the third-to-last panel in Avengers 22. The city council announces that Sunday will be Avengers Day ("The ceremony will be one of our greatest tourist attractions"), and Cap quits the next panel!
