And it got me thinking about how George Lucas originally intended Jedi to take place on the Wookie home planet. But then he switched it to Ewoks. Wook-eee. E-wok. I thought i read that it was for budgetary reasons. So i was thinking (warning, unintentional midget joke ahead), what, were Ewok costumes half the price of Wookie costumes? But no, Lucas probably already had Wookie costumes laying around from the Star Wars Christmas special. So it couldn't be that. It must be due to (warning, unintentional midget conspiracy theory ahead) my midget conspiracy theory. Just about every George Lucas movie has midgets in it, often in great numbers. I think he made a dark bargain when his career was first getting started. And this is how they collect. I've knocked around on the web a bit and see that most people think Lucas made the switch for merchandising reasons. How naive. Meanwhile, at MightyGodKing, the Matrix sequels - which i barely remember - are fixed as well. *Late update, as i clicked through some old posts looking for something else: This "nerd" is now good friend of the site Nathan Adler!
