my only solace is that whatever limbaugh meant by "solve the problem", i'm sure it's very different than what i had in mind.

Don't feel so bad. Obviously Limbaugh can't back a plan that the populace hates. He might as well endorse smearing yourself with honey and rolling around in a nest of fire ants.

Also, who's going to determine who's eligible for the $100, write the checks, verify the paperwork, etc, etc? How much more is that going to cost?

By the way, I totally endorse people smearing themselves with honey and rolling around in fire ant nests. It would make the 2007 darwin awards much more interesting.
