First of all, it's Wonder Woman (no hyphen). Get it right or John Byrne will kill you. Second, I'd agree with your additions based on the writer's definition of first tier.

What's mildly interesting is that even Batman & Superman's supporting casts (including villains) were, for a long time, more recognizable than most heroes, including possibly Spider-Man.

I would argue that Iron Man wasn't even second tier before this movie.
