Yes, aliens have replaced too many organs in John McCain for him to be an effective president (even 1 is 2 many, and he's had at least 4 replaced, alien gall bladder? eww!). I don't think I could vote for him given this fact.

What? Aliens can make replacement organs? Sign me up. I have a liver that's gonna need replacing pretty soon.

That aside, I'd probably still not vote for McCain. Not for the alien organs, but for other stuff.
