This has seemed obvious but it's good to see it spelled out and quantified. We need a major infrastructure spending stimulus bill. Bernie, Hillary, and Trump all campaigned on one, to various degrees. Hillary's was too small, Trump's relied on private corporations too much, and Bernie's was, ofc, just right (honestly, his could have been bigger too). But at this point anything would help.
