The writer isn't known on the JiM story.

At this point Marvel Super-Heroes was doing Daredevil and Iron Man reprints, and i guess the page count was a little short for this issue so there's two random Strange Tales-ish reprints as well. Little blurbs indicate that the reprints are "A Daredevil Special" and "An Iron Man Extra" so we don't think we're being ripped off or anything.

The Watchers story tells us that an advanced alien race has been shepherding humans toward their destiny.

And the Toy Men story is just pure Ditko madness.
