Avengers #401Issue(s): Avengers #401 Review/plot: ![]() When the Avengers find Magneto, or rather the de-aged and memory-wiped version called Joseph, he's already with Rogue. Her being there and vouching for Joseph doesn't preclude a little fighting, which is good because i like the art. ![]() In the end Quicksilver has an opportunity to kill Joseph, and it all comes down to what Mark Waid set up by having Scarlet Witch describe how she was treated in her younger days. Is she going to rule by her past fears or move forward? She of course moves forward, stopping her brother from "protecting" her. ![]() That's it. Joe Magneto acquired. Which seems like it should be important to the overall Onslaught story but it really won't be. Still, a well executed issue. Quality Rating: B- Chronological Placement Considerations: It's an Onslaught Phase 1 book. We're directed to Fantastic Four #415 and X-Men #55 as things to read next. References:
