Captain America #109Issue(s): Captain America #109 Review/plot: Not much to comment on from a story perspective except that Fury tells Cap to stop whining so much, and in this telling the scientist who created the super-serum is named Reinstein (and drawn to look just like Einstein) and not Erskine. ![]() The origin elements. Steve Rogers volunteers, is rejected but picked up by a special program. ![]() ![]() Old lady mask: ![]() ![]() Vita-rays this time. No oral or injected component shown. ![]() Reinstein is killed. ![]() And the Bucky origin is the same as in Tales of Suspense #63. ![]() ![]() Standard Kirby (which means it is very nice), but there's not much of a story here for those of us already familiar with the origin. There's also a really cool cover, with Cap bursting out of a newspaper.
