Review/plot:
The words i would use to describe this little back-up story are "unnecessary", "harmless", and "cute". Basically Rick Jones comes flying in out of nowhere during an Avengers meeting and gets zapped by some wires.

He turns into Captain Avenger, with the composite powers, or at least clothes, of all the Avengers, including Iron Pants (but nothing from the Wasp).

He gets into a fight with Baron Zemo. But of course the whole thing is an electricity-induced delusion.

It ends with Rick saying, "I guess I'll never be a super-hero.", with a picture of Captain Marvel at the bottom indicating otherwise. Although i'm really sure that floating around in the Negative Zone while Captain Marvel fights bad guys is not what Rick had in mind.

Chronological Placement Considerations: A footnote places his between Avengers #14-15. Giant-Man is wearing his new costume from Tales To Astonish #65.
