Review/plot:
This is just a random story from Captain America Comics #10 reprinted in Fantasy Masterpieces #11.

Nothing of specific significance. Captain America is reluctantly convinced to go to "Gotham City" to help promote a defense rally...

...but when he gets there he's lured to a hotel and attacked by "Netman" (sometimes "Net-man") and his minions.

Meanwhile, Bucky has a hard time convincing the police that there's anything shady going on at the hotel...

...so he attempts to execute a rescue on his own.

He gets captured as well, but luckily Cap has inexplicably escaped on his own.

When i was getting scans from the original, i realized that the art and dialogue for the black train porters had been cleaned up.
