Review/plot:
Because he helped the Earthings fight Solam, Captain Mar-vell is again on trial.

Ronan orders him to wipe out an Earth town, any town he chooses, with a deadly virus. Mar-vell doesn't want to do this but doesn't see a way out of it. Returning to earth he bumps into Carol Danvers again. She is wearing the strangest outfit with baggy purple leggings and yellow boots.

Yon-Rogg tries to kill her from space because she is still investigating the spot where the Kree ship had to land for repairs, but Mar-vell rescues her. They get pretty up close and personal while they are talking...

...and Yon-Rogg makes sure to let Una see it, but she doesn't freak out.

Danvers gives Marv a card with all the info she has on Dr. Lawson and asks him to investigate. Mar-vell sneakily makes a copy of the original Lawson's fingerprints, and then gives her the card back saying he won't investigate.

Then Quasimodo attacks.

He can control any mechanical device, including guns. He's also apparently (this comes out of nowhere) got a town full of human-like robots. While Captain Marvel is fighting, Una sabotages the monitoring equipment on the space ship. After Marv destroys all the robots he spreads the virus around, making it look like he released it on a town of real humans. It's not said how Una knew to sabotage the machines at that moment.

The coloring in this issue is very psychedelic.
