Review/plot:
Daredevil knows from last issue that the Owl is paralyzed, and while he says that means he's "more dangerous... desperate... nearly insane", i think he's really pressing his advantage. So he's scouring the city looking for him.

But before DD can find him, the Owl invades a hospital and, under the pretense of a false bomb threat, forces a doctor to install an exoskeleton that makes him stronger than ever before.

DD learns that the doctor actually sabotaged the exoskeleton, but he fails to save the Owl from plunging into a frozen river.

Also in this arc, Matt Murdock refuses to be retained by an Ernest W. Rockworth (who i don't think ever appears again)...

...and Matt helps his friend Foggy take his mind off his girlfriend's kidnapping by making out with Heather in front of him.

I hated Tuska's art as a kid but really enjoy it now.
