Review/plot:
A distraught Daredevil goes to church, where his mom directs him to the confessional.

But he can't accept from the priest that, in addition to all the bad things he's done, there is good in him too.

Daredevil then goes to the weird nuclear shelter where Bullet's son Lance lives.

Lance is pretty much unfazed by the unshaved ranting man showing up, and the two of them ramble past each other until Bullet shows up.

Lance eventually stops the fight, and Daredevil leaves.

Daredevil then goes to the site of his free legal clinic, and starts burning down all his stuff. He asks a local urchin to scatter his ashes when he's gone.

Daredevil then gets on a train going nowhere in particular, and then jumps off when he sees a crashed plane, and rescues the pilot. The pilot is working for the government but smuggling drugs. Daredevil is aware of all of that but does nothing as the pilot lies to him.

The pilot then offers him a job if he'll contact him in a few weeks, and in the meantime he can stay at his daughter's place. She runs a business called "Gently Killed Chickens".

Oh, you're still here? You haven't slit your wrists yet? You must have been reading it wrong.

The guy writes on a business card and hands it to a blind man. What, is Matt supposed to find someone to read it for him or something? Weird.

Jay, I was thinking the same thing. I even actually doubted myself for a second. :)

I love this issue. It was time for a change again and this one had "new beginning" written all over it.
