Cover Date: Aug 84
Title: "Chiller!"
Credits:
Mike Carlin - Writer
M.D. Bright - Penciler
Vincent Colletta - Inker
Ralph Macchio - Editor

Review/plot:
After running out of a horror movie, Dazzler goes to a party with Roman Nekoboh and lands a gig playing a zombie in Michael Jackson's Thriller video.

Here's her audition.

However, the video director, Robert Benson, has been rigging accidents to get himself publicity, and he tries to bury Dazzler alive. But she's onto him so she scares him into confessing by acting like a real zombie.

Michael Jackson helps take Benson out.

I should cop to the fact that Michael Jackson is called Teddy Lingard in this story, and the video is actually called Chiller, but i don't know why they bothered.

Quality Rating: C

Comments

I am bothered both by the stupidity of the plot, and the fact, that she is still hanging out with the creep that tried some sleazy moves on her in the airplane.

And he is the good guy here. Ok.

This book is stupid.
