They are Demonicus (previously referred to as just 'The Demon'), Adria, and Kaecilius, former minions of Baron Mordo. ![]() Some of the issue is padded with Strange recounting his origin story, and the rest is Strange tormenting the lesser mystics as they try to flee his mystical house... ![]() ![]() ![]() ...and wind up trapping themselves in the Purple Dimension. ![]() ![]() Despite what could have felt like a filler issue, it doesn't actually devote too much space to the origin retelling, and Stern's writing and Paul Smith's art are both great. The issue ends with Strange and Morgana Blessing spending a little alone time, but they're not shown getting too serious. Quality Rating: B Chronological Placement Considerations: N/A References:

CommentsTo say nothing of Terry Austin's inks and Bob Sharen's colors which are pretty amazing and a great visual package all around, especially for that time period and production quality. Posted by: Holt | June 23, 2018 2:49 PM Comments are now closed. |
