Review/plot:
Johnny Storm and Bridget O'Neil are visiting Wyatt Wingfoot. She-Hulk is also around. Bridget is actually in the area as part of an archeological dig for school. Lyja the Lazerfist is lurking around, still jealous about Johnny and Bridget. She's disguised as an archeological student. The students have uncovered a totem. And Grandpa says that totem is evil. Eeeeeeevil, i tell you. But of course he says that about all the totems.

(That's not actually Wyatt's grandfather, Silent Fox, who is dead. But Marvel Nostalgia Inc. has provided us with a lookalike named Stalking Fox.)

A greedy archeologist, Simon Janson, ignores grandpa's warning and is transformed into Sauron Raptor the Renegade.

Destroying the totem turns him back into a very naked human.

Meanwhile, Nathaniel Richards has promised the Invisible Woman that he's searching for his son, but it turns out he doesn't mean Reed.

And Ant-Man gets a call from Wolverine, saying he'd like to have a meeting with the Thing.

Quality Rating: D

Historical Significance Rating: 1

Chronological Placement Considerations: Wolverine's call doesn't necessarily have to take place directly before the meeting next issue, and could basically take place during any break in Wolvie's chronology. We'll see next issue that Nathaniel Richards doesn't clarify his comments about his "son" right away, and Sue uncharacteristically lets him get away with putting her off.
