Review/plot:
Picking up where Fantastic Four #83 left off with regards to Maximus, Bruce Banner wakes up from his fight with Sub-Mariner and wanders into a town in "Costa Salvador" where everyone is in a trance due to a statue built by the mad Inhuman. Banner turns into the Hulk and manages to terrorize them anyway.

There's a pretty brutal scene where the Inhuman called Falcona has her pet falcons devour a human working for Maximus.

Maximus and his rebel Inhumans fight the Hulk, and when the army shows up, Maximus offers the Hulk a partnership. Hulk accepts but of course the Inhumans turn on him after he routs the army. The Hulk defeats them and their giant robot by lifting an entire castle and throwing it at them.

The Inhumans escape in a rocket. Hulk yells at General Ross, Major Talbot, and Betty (Who once again is tagging along with her father on dangerous army missions), and jumps off into the desert.

Brief appearance by Richard Nixon, who, in the spirit of Hate-Monger (Adolf Hitler) and Coldsteel (Josef Stalin), i'll be tracking as Secret Empire Agent Number One.

Comments

The Inhuman called Nebulo, who only appears as a shadow and seems to have no other powers, showed up in a previous Hulk issue with the evil Inhumans but was called "Diablo".

Thanks so much, regarding the ending of the Secret Empire arc at the end of Stainless Steve's run on Cap.
