Review/plot:
Namor braves the arctic elements in order to get a shipment of influenza serum to an outpost in northern Alaska.

In quite a shift from his earlier appearances, the Sub-Mariner is now quite heroic and is working directly with the US government with no qualms.

Comments

This issue also had the first appearance of the Patriot, Jeff Mace. I assume that story isn't included in fnord's reprint. That's too bad, there are very view scans from the story online (but there are enough to show the Patriot in his sexy Golden age halter top).
