Review/plot:
This is apparently part 11 of 21 of The Crossing. The cover gives no indication that it's part of an event. Iron Man has been written by Terry Kavanagh (fresh from The Clone Saga!) for these Crossing issues, but this one is scripted by Dan Abnett. I'd say that i feel bad that his name got sullied by The Crossing just because he happened to script this issue, but he was also writing War Machine at this time.

Nothing really happens in this issue. It's just Hawkeye and Iron Man standing around yelling each at each other about Hawkeye getting framed as a murderer (of Yellowjacket, it seems). It's all "How could you accuse me when you know that i'm not a murderer" and "I know that you know that i know that you could never be the murderer!"

Then they use Stark's old Image Inducer to find out that Iron Man is the real killer.

And that makes Fake Mantis happy, because she knows you're going to have to buy a shit ton of more books to figure out what this all means.

I'm pretty sure this all leads to Teen Tony, so i ain't touchin' it. Eventually, Kurt Busiek will come along and promise me that everyone here is a Space Phantom so i don't need to worry about it.

Oh, also, Madame Masque is Bethany Cabe (except, according to the MCP, she isn't).
