Review/plot:
Ka-Zar tracks down Zabu and finds that he's been brought to a decadent city called Gondora.

The city is ruled by a man from the outside world, who, armed with an experimental laser that he developed at the end of World War Two, has conquered the locals.

Ka-Zar rescues Zabu and helps a family flee the city that is now being devoured by a volcano activated by the laser. In a clumsy parallel to the Bible story about Lot and Gomorrah, the mother of the family turns back to look at the city burn and is suffocated in ash.

It's weird that there's this huge city in the Savage Land.
