Review/plot:
The Punisher wants to snipe someone but he needs to be able to see him at night. The target used to be a smoker, but he quit. So Punisher infiltrates the guy's house as a meter reader and leaves behind a pack of cigarettes. When the guy lights up at night, Punisher shoots him.

As someone who has the entire run of MCP, I found it interesting that Wolverine and Ghost Rider, despite already being very over-exposed in the early 1990s, both became regular stars in what was supposed to be an anthology series. Yet somehow MCP managed to avoid doing the same thing with the Punisher, only giving him a couple of eight-page stories. Always thought that was a remarkable example of restraint on the part of Terry Kavanagh :)
