Review/plot:
Black Widow poses for the male gaze for eight pages.

It's not even good cheesecake.

The story is about a string of murders in Brighton Beach's Russian community. The Black Widow stops the killer, a former KGB informant who is killing people that he's afraid will be able to identify him (the hot dog guy).

This is the first appearance of Football Baby. Who granted has not yet had a second appearance, but i hold out hope...

Mindy Newell was primarily known for her DC work.

It's very bad cheesecake. Mindy Newell deserved better.

So, the guy recognizes Natasha Romanova the ballerina, but not Natasha Romanova the Black Widow until after a random passerby identifies her as such when she's in civvies?

@Morgan- and just to make this even more ridiculous, a later writer would retcon Natasha's history of being a ballerina as a false memory that was part of a KGB cover identity.
