Review/plot:
Michael Higgins is credited as "Ul Higgins".

A guy that Daredevil put in prison years ago is about to get out, and he's got vengeance on his mind. A good portion of the story is told in flashback showing how he got caught in the first place (it's nothing special; he was just a common criminal committing a vaguely defined exchange of weapons, drugs, and money). The twist is that Daredevil has now supplied new information showing that the criminal already had a prior conviction under a different name, so his sentence is being extended and he's not getting out of jail after all.

It's a unique twist, but the six pages leading up to it aren't very entertaining. They could have at least given the guy a more interesting backstory or original scheme.
