Review/plot:
It's a pretty sure bet that this was intended for Impossible Man Summer Vacation Special #2 but didn't make the cut, since this is presented as an untold tale from the period where he was on Earth looking for his missing son.

Instead he finds Daredevil.

And gets mixed up in a fight with the Kingpin.

I don't know why Daredevil is so upset about that suit. Not only can't he see it, but Matt Murdock used to wear clothes like that all the time back in the 60s. I guess having another being wrapped around you like clothing can be pretty disturbing, though.

Daredevil gets rid of the Impossible Man by telling him that he needs him to collect all the finalists from the 1989 Miss Universe pageant. But Impossible Man returns during the fight...

...with the beauty contestants.

I, uh, hate the Impossible Man.

Historical Significance Rating: 1

Chronological Placement Considerations: This is said to take place while the Impossible Man was on Earth searching for his missing son, i.e. during Impossible Man Summer Vacation Special #2. This also has to take place before the fall of the Kingpin in Daredevil #300.

I like the Impossible Man because of his goofiness. He always reminded me of DC's Mxyzptlk.

I know this is humorous sketchy art, but that Kingpin there looks pretty awful.
Also he electrocuted DD with his cane, but he didn't get shocked because he was wearing gloves... Fine, but the only problem is that Daredevil is also wearing gloves! I wouldn't have even noticed if they weren't dumb enough to point it out through Kingpin's sentence "So sorry, weren't you wearing flesh colored insulated gloves?" Well, yes, he is wearing gloves, thanks for pointing it out! Of course they're a different color, but I mean that sentence doesn't make sense to begin with, why saying the color, what use would DD have for flesh-colored gloves? I know he's pointing out his own, but nobody would say that! It'd be as if somebody shot Iron Man, and then he shot them back saying "Oh, sorry, aren't you wearing a red and yellow armor?"
