Review/plot:
I do enjoy Ron Wilson's Thing.

This opening "joke" with people confusing the names of the Thing and the Human Torch in the most unlikely (and unfunny) way possible didn't give me much hope for the story, though.

The Thing goes to the bank to take out some money before vacation, but the bank has just had its entire vault stolen.

So he gets it back and then decides to take his vacation on the roof of the FF's building.

Quality Rating: C-

Historical Significance Rating: 1

Chronological Placement Considerations: The Thing is in his classic rocky form but doesn't have a broken arm, placing this after Fantastic Four #350-354 but before Fantastic Four #357-360. Note that someone says, "Johnny, have you seen Ben?" over the intercom in the first scan on this page, and then mentions Stretcho at the end; the MCP lists that as Mr. Fantastic, and i'll follow suit.
