Review/plot:
Dr. Strange is captured by Dormammu cultists, and Clea summons the Hulk and the Sub-Mariner to help.

Their quest leads them to Rutland, Vermont, where they are having their Halloween parade. Namor, Hulk, Wong, and Clea fight the cultists while Dr. Strange battles Dormammu.

Quality Rating: C-

Historical Significance Rating: 4 - continuing the stories that lead to the formation of the "non-team" Defenders.

Chronological Placement Considerations: Needs to fit for the Hulk and Sub-Mariner. Dr. Strange did not have his own series at this time. The MCP places this between Hulk #156-157 (which is somewhat problematic; more in future entries). For Namor, i'm placing this between Sub-Mariner #51-52.
