Marvel Two-In-One #24Issue(s): Marvel Two-In-One #24 Review/plot: The Thing has been sent to Stark Industries' west coast facility to help Bill Foster test some equipment for use on Venus. We'll also soon see in Captain Marvel #50 that Stark is testing a buggy for use on Jupiter - were there major plans to explore other planets in our solar system in the Marvel universe that all got called off? Anyway, after some hijinx with the Thing... ...the lab is attacked by the Hijacker, a really old one-shot foe of the original Ant-Man. The Thing and Black Goliath team-up to destroy him and his dumb-but-awesome Crime-Tank. Funny ending. I was trying to figure out how anyone got the idea to bring back the Hijacker, and then i realized someone was probably going through Henry Pym's back catalog looking for villains to use against the new Goliath and then realized they were all totally lame so they just picked one at random. At least they didn't introduce a new character called the Black Hijacker. With a belly window in his costume. Quality Rating: C Chronological Placement Considerations: This is placed during the "Fantastic Four #176 gap", like all of MTIO #21-36. The MCP places it after Black Goliath #5, and between Iron Man #91-92 for Tony Stark's cameo. References:
