Review/plot:
Two resolutions in this issue. The first is that Homeworld, which has been in its death-throes is separated into the individual spheres/planets that it was composed of.

This is thanks to the machinations of Scion and Solitaire, who we learn is his agent this issue.

The other resolution is the reconciliation between Acroyear and his wife, Cilicia.

Even though i have absolutely minimal interest in all of this at this point, Peter Gillis still does a good job at depicting the hard culture of the Acroyears....

...and comes up with the craziest concept i've seen in a while: the Bonds of Birth, which keep Acroyear children in their mothers longer so that they grow stronger and makes the births more painful.
