Title: "The slasher"
Credits:

Bill Sienkiewicz - Penciler
Frank Springer - Inker

Review/plot:
Moon Knight stops a man that's been killing homeless people.

It turns out he's Moon Knight's derelict informant Betrand's son, and he's been hunting for Betrand to avenge the death of his mother, who killed herself when Betrand became an alcoholic and abandoned his family.

This issue also introduces the children of Gena Landers.

Gena runs a diner that Moon Knight frequents in his cab driver Jake Lockley persona. Gena's children Ray and Ricky become informants and feet-on-the-ground for Moon Knight. Considering the psychopaths Moon Knight deals with, it seems quite irresponsible for both Gena and Moon Knight to allow the children to work with him.

Nice art by Sienkiewicz.
