Review/plot:
Many Hands on inks!

Power Man & Iron Fist have been hired by a Latin American general to determine who has been smuggling drugs from his country into America.

But he's really interested in taking control of the drug operation to fund a coup.

Meanwhile, Colleen manages to get through to her father, who has been amnesiac since Angar the Screamer attacked him way back in Marvel Premiere #25.

A cover blurb says "Watch for the JOLT on page 11!". It refers to a splash panel of Colleen having a nightmare about Angar the Screamer.

Kinda weird. Some of the covers on Power Man & Iron Fist around this time are quite good, with little ironic blurbs and humorous depictions of what's going on in the comic. This one i'm not so sure about.

It's odd seeing Luke Cage switching into "costume" before going into action.

Chronological Placement Considerations: Per the MCP, Luke and Danny appear in Marvel Team-Up #105 between last issue and this one.

Comments

I really like Kerry Gammill's depiction of Luke Cage, here. Especially that panel where he's wearing Glen Quagmire's shirt.
