Review/plot:
The Punisher is being hunted by a cop who (it turns out in the end) is crooked and on the payroll of a mobster. The story is narrated by the cop's rookie partner in a style somewhere between William Faulker and Ann Nocenti (which is actually a narrow range, i know).

The art is sometimes vaguley manga-ish (especially the villain's face below).

Obviously, the Punisher shoots everyone that needs shooting.
