Review/plot:
We open up with the "Hitman" Punisher (Jimmy Pierce) terrorizing a mobile casino so that the Cullen gang can intimidate the casino owners into giving them a cut.

We also see the "Yuppie" Punisher (Dean Swaybrick) promoting himself on television.

Meanwhile, Lynn Michaels and Payback are prisoners of VIGIL. Over the objections of Harold Jessup, Taylor Blackwell beats on both prisoners.

The two copycat Punishers wind up crossing paths. Blackwell pauses from beating up on his prisoners long enough to see it on television, and he assumes Pierce is the real Punisher.

Pierce fires on Swaybrick and gets away. Swaybrick also thinks that Pierce is the real Punisher, and he's upset because it screws up his whole marketing scheme. Meanwhile, Blackwell tries to go after "the Punisher", but Jessup Harold sees how Michaels and Payback have been beaten, and he tries to place Blackwell under arrest. Blackwell kills him.

In the confusion, Michaels and Payback escape.

All we see of the real Punisher in this issue is him being held in the small town jail cell.
