Review/plot:
Punisher shoots people! On a train this time!

The bad guys are a radical environmental group, but they aren't Humans Off Planet (HOP), the group that Punisher has gone after before, and there's no mention of or comparison to that group.

Certainly there can be more than one radical environmental group, but as i've said before i think it would have been cool if Marvel had established a repeating enviro group, like an ULTIMATUM with a focus on saving the environment in a "ends justify the means" way that would create some moral conflict for the heroes they encounter. I also think from a basic small c continuity perspective, it would make sense for the Punisher to at least acknowledge that he's gone up against environmental groups before. Not a big deal. Just thinking about how to make these one off Punisher stories feel a little more cohesive to either the larger Marvel universe or at least the other Punisher books.

Beyond that, these guys are a real caricature, totally off the wall.
