Review/plot:
This is a strange story with a cast of satirical villains that feel more like they came from the later Garth Ennis period.

One of the sons, Bosephus, gets hepped up on a super PCP, which causes him to become super-strong and invulnerable while rabidly shouting 1960s song lyrics.

And when the Punisher gets involved, Bosephus gets burnt up but keeps coming.

He's later bandaged up and looks like a mummy.

There is also a pair of cops - Sam and Bash - who don't seem to care much about the regular police getting tossed around and are vaguely sympathetic towards the Punisher, but who really want to use him for their own ends. Maybe just because of the names, but they remind me a bit of Sam & Twitch from the Spawn comic (who i'm not all that familiar with; i've mainly read a trade of the Bendis issues). In any event, it's quite a cast of characters.

To contend with Bosephus , the Punisher uses the exo-armor from Punisher #34.

He winds up in a fight with Bosephus and a rival drug dealer who is on his own brand of PCP.

And if all that's not enough, here's the Punisher doing terrible things to bunnies.

The Punisher kills all the drug dealers except the mother, who convinces him that the father was in charge of everything. He then gives Sam and Bash the slip, putting their tracer on the station wagon of a vacationing family.

Strange but fun! Nice cartoonish art from Gary Kwapisz.
