Review/plot:
Two weeks ago, Meggan of Excalibur was possessed by a trash monster...

...forcing her to cause property damage and more in London. She-Hulk has been invited to London by a friend (named Mike) to act as her lawyer. But She-Hulk's plane is attacked on the way over by what turns out to be Captain Britain.

She and her plane are saved by the rest of Excalibur.

Obviously right now it's Captain Britain that's possessed by the monster, So She-Hulk helps lure the monster out of Captain Britain's body by doing, um, this...

And then Phoenix is able to capture it while it's in transition.

"Trash" is indeed how i would describe this story. A waste of Bryan Hitch's nice pencils.

Quality Rating: D

Historical Significance Rating: 1

Chronological Placement Considerations: Pushing this back just a bit in publication time so that it is prior to Excalibur #37, since that begins a story that ends with Lockheed injured until after Excalibur #40-41.

She-Hulk is qualified to practice law in the UK as well as the US? When did she qualify to do that?

I imagine being a lawyer in the MU is a bit like being a scientist (Physics majors who are also robotics experts, etc.). By clicking "law" under your talents, you can automatically do anything lawyery, specializations be damned.

To be fair, it is not that different in real life, Kveto...

Interesting that Widget seems to react to She-Hulk's... presence... in a way that does not seem to be particularly expected, given what we later learn about its origin and nature.

It's hard to tell if Widget is oggling her or looking shocked & alarmed. Then again, maybe Kitty has some suppressed bi- feelings as that later mini-series with her & Karma was almost exploring but not really... Yea, but no, but...
