Spirits of Vengeance #21Issue(s): Spirits of Vengeance #21 Review/plot: ![]() And no, it's not Sasquatch or a Wendigo or anything related to the known Marvel universe's many yeti things. Kodiak is just part of a family of these creatures, and now they want to take him back. ![]() ![]() Blaze helps Kodiak fight them off, and eventually they leave with a promise that Kodiak will never reveal their secrets. Johnny's adventures are putting a strain on his marriage... ![]() ...and the fact that Clara Menninger has a crush on him isn't helping. ![]() But Kodiak has a crush on Clara, and apparently Clara's love is easily transferable, so that resolves that. ![]() Also, Steel Wind has not yet recovered. ![]() It's kind of ironic, i think: This book has been a whirlwind mess from the beginning, with one crossover after another. It never had time to have an identity; even the non-crossover issues were largely subsumed by Ghost Rider stuff. We're finally in a period where all of that is out of the way and we're getting clearly told stories focusing on Blaze. And they suck!!!
