Review/plot:
Namor returns from Lemuria (the meeting with Karthon and the fate of the Atlantean/Lemurian alliance is amazingly left off panel and essentially unresolved, typical of Roy Thomas' ADD plotting) to find that his useless citizens got scared during an earthquake and decided to welcome the traitor Byrrah back as their ruler.

Namor proves - or rather swears a bloodoath - that Byrrah's still in cahoots with Krang and now Dr. Dorcas as well, and the Atlanteans welcome him back.

Bad, bad, stuff.
