if super aging someone until they die can be considered a kindness, then i don't want to know what other methods of punishment Uatu might choose.

There was also a Watcher backup series in Silver Surfer. One episode in that series by Tom Palmer went unpublished at the time when that backup was dumped. The story later appeared in Marvel Super-Heroes(I'm guessing in 1969), but with 4 pages cut for space. One missing page(p.8) later showed up in the true first issue of Marvelmania(4/70), and another page before that in some ink & color page premium that would be impossible to find now. I don't think the complete story ever got published.
