Tales Of Suspense #84 (Captain America)Issue(s): Tales Of Suspense #84 (Captain America story only) Review/plot: ...which allows it to absorb their powers (their "powers" include Hawkeye's bow). It then spends the entire issue knocking Cap around. The Adaptoid gets no signal from AIM after he defeats Cap, which makes it worry that it may have outlived its usefulness now that it has defeated Cap, so it decides to abandon AIM. Quality Rating: C- Chronological Placement Considerations: The Wasp and Goliath are back in the Avengers. Hawkeye is seeing the Black Widow again. Captain America says that SHIELD has destroyed AIM. The MCP places this between Avengers #33-34 and before Amazing Spider-Man annual #3. References:
