Review/plot:
Dracula encounters and kills a vampire in a town called Kamenka, in the USSR, that is able to resist his commands.

Since Dracula is thought dead by the main cast, this begins a period of smaller one-off stories.

Chronological Placement Considerations: References are made to the events of Giant-Size Chillers #1, but the Essential Tomb of Dracula places that issue after this one. The MCP also has a number of Dracula Lives stories between Tomb of Dracula #22-23, but since i've got issue #22 concurrent with Giant-Size Chillers #1, which leads into Tomb of Dracula #23, i'm placing the Dracula Lives stories before Tomb of Dracula #22.
